Refund & Exchange Policy – 8404 Clothing

At 8404 Clothing, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully:


1. Refunds & Replacements for Manufacturing Defects

We strive for perfection, but if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will happily provide a refund or free replacement under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Submit clear pictures showing the defect to customerservice@8404clothingbrand.com, the Contact Us page on our website, or via your 8404 online account (if you have created one).
  • Upon reviewing the evidence, we will process the refund or send a replacement free of charge if the defect is verified.

2. Items Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper care.
  • Incorrect sizing due to customer selection during purchase. Please consult our sizing chart before ordering.
  • Any claim made after 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges

3. Free Return Shipping

  • We offer free return shipping for all eligible items.
  • A prepaid return label will be provided upon approval of your return request.

4. No Restocking Fees

  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

6. Return Shipping for Approved Refunds

If a return is required for defective items:

  • We will provide return instructions.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by 8404 Clothing for verified manufacturing defects.

7. Non-Defective Returns

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-defective products.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After 1 hour, the production process begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

9. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery via:

    • Reason for the return
    • Pictures (clearly showing the defect for any defective items).
  3. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label to ship the item back to us.
