These Terms of Service govern your use of 8404clothingbrand.com and purchases from 8404 Clothing Brand. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Orders, pricing, and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not require us to accept it. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or inventory errors, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill it. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amounts shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping.

Production, shipping, refunds, and returns

Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms. Because products are made to order, changes and cancellations may not be possible after production begins.
