Shipping Policy

Made-to-order production

Most products are made to order. Production generally takes 2–7 business days before shipment, although complex products, provider capacity, quality checks, holidays, and peak periods can take longer. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. 8404 Clothing Brand does not offer free outbound shipping, free return shipping, free-shipping thresholds, or free-shipping promotions.

Delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimates are shown at checkout when supported. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and begin after production is complete. Carrier delays, weather, customs, remote destinations, and other events outside our control can affect delivery.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may be produced by different fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking information and shipping charges where applicable.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent after the carrier accepts the shipment. Tracking may take time to begin updating and may not be available for every destination or shipping service.

International orders

International availability is determined at checkout. Unless collected at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs processing can delay delivery.

Addresses and failed delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address is wrong; corrections are not guaranteed after production begins. Re-shipping or replacement costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address may be charged to the customer, subject to applicable law.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments

Contact us at customerservice@8404clothingbrand.com with the order number and supporting photos when relevant. Damaged, defective, and incorrect items are handled under our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
